This started out as a gashapon set in Japan, then was remanufactured by NECA here in the states. It is packaged on a blister card.

This is the 2003 Disney robot set which includes approx. 2" robot figures of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck & Goofy.
