Robots Inc. is dedicated to providing a fun place to visit for news, events, vintage robots, vintage space toys, and reproduction robots and space toys.  All Robots and Character Windups are tested and inspected before shipping to insure you are satisfied with your purchase.  Please feel free to email us your want lists, because we have many connections around the world and would be more than happy to help. You may also contact us if you have a unique Robot or Character Windup you would like to sell or post on our site.  All comments and/or suggestions are appreciated to help make everyone's experience on Robot Inc. enjoyable!

We strongly suggest you have your toys shipped with insurance, so if damage or loss of an item occurs during shipping there will be no problems.  It is important that you always keep the original packaging if we are going to apply for insurance due to damage.  If you feel an item received is not as described, we will gladly replace it free of charge as long as we have another in stock, otherwise we will gladly credit you for that item towards another purchase.  You will have 5 days from receipt of item to return it. Most orders will be handled via email, but if you need to speak with us, we can be reached at (818) 830-9552.  Be sure to always contact us immediately if there is any concern with your purchase.  Returns must be authorized before shipping back to us.

Grading System:
All limited edition toys are guaranteed in unused condition with their original boxes.
All vintage toys are guaranteed to be in excellent condition or better unless otherwise noted.

C-10 = Toy is unplayed with and in original condition as sold. C-10 toys may have small manufacturing defects, tab touch-up.
C-9 = Near mint. Toy appears almost like new in overall appearance, however, may show some signs of being played with.
C-8 = Excellent. Toy is complete and shows some signs of being played with. Minor scratches and paint defects may be evident.
